This is an exquisite Darjeeling green tea. Crafted from prized Japanese Yabukita cultivars grown in the Darjeeling Himalayas, this exceptional green tea is made from carefully selected two leaves and a bud. The leaves are gently rolled to preserve their structure, allowing them to unfurl beautifully during brewing and reveal their full character in the cup.
The olive-green leaves brew into a light, smooth, and mellow liquor with rich floral notes and the fresh character typical of fine non-fermented green teas.
Delicate yet expressive, the cup delivers remarkable clarity and balance, leaving a clean, refreshing aftertaste without bitterness.
