Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking details. Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@iliosteastudio.com.

To help us investigate your claim, please include:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos and a video of the outer shipping carton, unopened package, and product.
• A brief description of the issue.

Please retain all packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.

Once your claim has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or, where appropriate, issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
