OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to present our products, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on your device settings.

As our teas are natural agricultural products, variations in leaf appearance, colour, aroma, and flavour between harvests are normal and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

 ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. Orders are accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and your order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate reason. If payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

PRICING & BILLING

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and payment information for all purchases made through our website.

Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment partners. Iliós Tea Studio does not store your complete debit or credit card details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking details. Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@iliosteastudio.com.

To help us investigate your claim, please include:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos and a video of the outer shipping carton, unopened package, and product.
• A brief description of the issue.

Please retain all packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.

Once your claim has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or, where appropriate, issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or purchased based on personal taste or preference.

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only considered in the following cases:

• The product was damaged during transit.
• You received an incorrect product.
• The product is defective upon delivery.

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the required supporting photographs and video. Claims received after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after verification.
