An exceptionally rare Darjeeling white tea crafted from the renowned Bhime cultivar, celebrated for its distinctive aromatic character and remarkable complexity. Unlike conventional white teas, Bhime develops a naturally peppery profile, making it one of the most intriguing cultivars in the region.

Crafted from carefully selected two-leaves-and-a-bud, this minimally processed tea undergoes gentle natural oxidation to preserve the unique character and complexity of the rare Bhime cultivar. The dark green leaves, adorned with abundant silvery tips, carry an enticing aroma that hints at the tea's distinctive nature.

The cup is smooth, elegant, and beautifully layered, revealing notes of white pepper, ripe fruits, lime zest, and green olive.
