An exceptionally rare Darjeeling white tea crafted from the renowned Bhime cultivar, celebrated for its distinctive aromatic character and remarkable complexity. Unlike traditional white teas, Bhime develops a naturally peppery profile that makes it one of the most intriguing and sought-after teas of the region.

Carefully plucked as two leaves and a bud, the leaves undergo minimal processing and gentle natural oxidation to preserve their delicate structure and expressive flavour. The dark green leaves, adorned with abundant silvery tips, carry an enticing aroma that hints at the tea's unique character.

The infusion yields a bright golden-yellow liquor that is smooth, elegant, and beautifully layered. Notes of white pepper, ripe fruits, lime zest, and green olive unfold gradually across the palate, supported by a fresh mountain aroma and remarkable clarity. • Temperature: 75–85°C (170–185°F)
• Steep time: 4–5 minutes
