Iliós Chinary Oolong Tea
Crafted from select Chinary cultivars harvested during the first flush season, this Darjeeling oolong reflects the freshness and delicacy of the year's earliest harvest. Following winter dormancy, the tender leaves develop slowly in the cool Himalayan climate, producing exceptional aromatic complexity and refinement.
Carefully hand-plucked and lightly oxidised, the leaves are processed to preserve their vibrant character while revealing the smooth elegance of a fine oolong. The well-rolled leaves, accented with occasional silver tips, brew into a bright golden-yellow liquor with a fresh floral aroma.
The cup is crisp, smooth, and beautifully balanced, offering layers of ripe fruit, citrus brightness, and gentle spice. Light-bodied yet expressive, it finishes clean and lingering with remarkable freshness and no astringency.
A graceful expression of Darjeeling's first flush harvest, this oolong captures the vibrancy, elegance, and complexity of spring in every cup. Both mouthfeel and a lingering aftertaste that mirrors the vibrant energy of the season.
