Darjeeling Whole Leaf Green Tea

Harvested from tea gardens reaching elevations of up to 7,000 feet, this first flush Darjeeling green tea is prized for its bright green colour, tender texture, and naturally high concentration of antioxidants.

Only the finest two leaves and a bud are carefully selected and gently rolled to preserve the integrity of the whole leaf, allowing it to unfurl beautifully during brewing. 

Unlike regular green tea, this has a slightly pleasant bitterness with a pleasing vegetal, earthy, and pine flavour. Rich in antioxidants, it is a healthy beverage that can be consumed every day.

Brewing Fundamentals

• Water: Always use fresh, filtered water
• Leaves: Use one teaspoon (approximately 2.5g) per cup
• Serving: Best enjoyed pure (no milk)
• Designed for multiple infusions

Steeping Protocol

• Temperature: 70–85°C (158–185°F)
• Steep time: 2–3 minutes
• Quantity: 1 teaspoon (approximately 2–2.5g) per cup
